What Shipping Carrier Do you use?

We use UPS.  Their service and tracking s outstanding and their customer service is excellent as well.  Keep in mind UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box so always provide an actual street address at checkout.

Do you have any special pricing for shipping?

Yes, orders over $100 receive free domestic ground shipping.  We appreciate your business and are pleased to offer that service.

How Much is Shipping and Handling?

When do items ship?

All items will ship within 5-7 business days unless you are contacted a member of our Customer Experience Team.  Orders for which overnight or special shipping is confirmed at the time of checkout, will ship per the request of the customer unless you are contacted by a member of our Customer Experience Team.


How do I ship returns?

Order Tracking

When your order is confirmed at the time of checkout you will receive an email with an order number and summary.  When the items are shipped you will receive an email notifying you of their departure along with a tracking number.  You can always call or email 1 518-580-4500 or embrace@embracetherace.com and we can always give you an order status update.


International Shipping
